The company is a successor to Zavodski Stroeji-Maritza Iztok Building Management, a construction company established in 1957 for the construction of Maritza Iztok Power Complex.
As from July1997 Zavodski Stroeji-Maritza Iztok AD is a private limited company with shareholders.
From its establishment up to the present moment the company's main line of business is complex construction of buildings and engineering structures.

Zavodski Stroeji-Maritza Iztok AD is member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Stara Zagora and Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
